These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 6ace online gaming platform, accessible at 6ace.vu and through the 6ace mobile application. The platform is operated by 6ace and is intended exclusively for players located in the Philippines.
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6ace.
6ace reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of 6ace after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Each player may hold only one account on the 6ace platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited pending review. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 6ace will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. 6ace is required to verify your identity through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures before approving withdrawals. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted account access.
All transactions on the 6ace platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There are no currency conversions applied to your account balance, and all bets and payouts are processed in PHP.
Deposits may be made through approved Philippine payment methods, which include local bank transfers and Philippine e-wallets. The available deposit methods are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. 6ace does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as payment methods for deposits.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of transaction. 6ace reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and transaction limits at any time with notice to users where practicable.
Funds deposited into your 6ace account are held for gaming purposes only. You should only deposit amounts you are comfortable using for entertainment. Deposited funds do not earn interest.
All bets placed on the 6ace platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or sport market at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.
Once a bet has been confirmed, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the platform, except where a clearly identified technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical fault affecting a game or market outcome, 6ace reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
For sports betting, 6ace follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and incomplete events. Where a sporting event is cancelled before the minimum play requirement is met, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports are available within the betting section of the platform.
For live casino games, the outcome determined by the dealer and confirmed on screen is final. In the event of a live stream disconnection after a bet has been placed, the bet remains active and will settle based on the actual game result.
6ace reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of manipulation, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
You may request a withdrawal of your available 6ace balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
6ace reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if an account has active unresolved disputes or is under review. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a hold.
6ace may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or cashback features to registered players from time to time. The availability, value, and specific terms of any promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry conditions — will be stated clearly when the promotion is communicated.
Promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which form part of these Terms when applicable. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.
6ace does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any promotion. All promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6ace account credentials. Do not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. 6ace uses OTP verification and SSL encryption to protect your account, but these measures rely on you keeping your credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 6ace support immediately at [email protected]. You should also change your password without delay.
6ace accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension of the account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6ace platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

6ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of serious breach — including fraud, underage use, or money laundering — balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where required, reported to relevant authorities.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons can do so through the responsible gaming tools in their account, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as possible and, once active, prevent further access to the platform for the elected exclusion period.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 6ace, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Most account and transaction issues can be resolved directly without the need for formal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined in your account support section. 6ace will respond to formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 6ace in relation to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 6ace. Age verification is required as part of the KYC process.
